Cheesecake Factory (CAKE) Tops Q1 EPS by 7c, Comps Increase 1.7%

Cheesecake Factory (NASDAQ: CAKE) reported Q1 EPS of $0.68, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $553.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $555.09 million.

Comparable restaurant sales at The Cheesecake Factory restaurants increased 1.7% in the first quarter of fiscal 2016.
