CenterPoint Energy (CNP) Tops Q1 EPS by 3c

CenterPoint Energy (NYSE: CNP) reported Q1 EPS of $0.37, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.74 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.18 billion.

GUIDANCE:

CenterPoint Energy sees FY2017 EPS of $1.25-$1.33, versus the consensus of $1.30.
