Care.com (NYSE: CRCM) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.51), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.54). Revenue for the quarter came in at $25.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $24.4 million.

Total members grew to 10.7 million at the end of Q1, representing 44% growth over the first quarter 2013.

Care.com sees Q2 2014 EPS of ($0.28)-($0.23), versus the consensus of ($0.29). Care.com sees Q2 2014 revenue of $25.5-26.2 million, versus the consensus of $25.74 million.

Care.com sees FY2014 EPS of ($1)-($0.9), versus the consensus of ($1.11). Care.com sees FY2014 revenue of $109-112 million, versus the consensus of $109.8 million.
