Cadre Holdings (NYSE: CDRE) reported Q2 EPS of $0.31, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $144.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $142.06 million.
GUIDANCE:
Cadre Holdings sees FY2024 revenue of $571-582 million, versus the consensus of $569.9 million. Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $103 million and $109 million. We expect capital expenditures to be in the range of $7 million to $9 million.
