CNH Global N.V. (CNH) Tops Q2 EPS by 1c; cuts guidance

CNH Global N.V. (NYSE: CNH) reported Q2 EPS of $0.38, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.96 billion.

GUIDANCE:

CNH Global N.V. sees FY2024 EPS of $1.30-$1.40, versus the consensus of $1.45.

Agriculture segment net sales down between 15% and 20% year-over-year including currency translation effects (from down 11% to 15% previously);

Construction segment net sales down between 15% and 20% year-over-year including currency translation effects (from down 7% to 11% previously).
