CBRE Group (CBRE) Tops Q3 EPS by 14c; raises forecast

CBRE Group (NYSE: CBRE) reported Q3 EPS of $1.20, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $1.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.04 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.8 billion.

GUIDANCE:

CBRE Group sees FY2024 EPS of $4.95-$5.05, versus the consensus of $4.82.
