CBRE Group (CBRE) Tops Q1 EPS by 3c

CBRE Group (NYSE: CBRE) reported Q1 EPS of $0.75, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.72. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.89 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.4 billion.

2020 Business Outlook

In light of the uncertain operating environment caused by Covid-19, CBRE has withdrawn the 2020 earnings guidance that was provided on February 27, 2020. The company will provide qualitative commentary on today’s earnings conference call.
