Brookdale Senior Living (NYSE: BKD) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.22), $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.17). Revenue for the quarter came in at $784.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $784.23 million.

2024 OUTLOOK

For the fourth quarter 2024, the Company is providing the following guidance:

• RevPAR year-over-year growth 5.0% to 5.5%
• Adjusted EBITDA $93 million to $98 million
