Brinker International, Inc. (EAT) Tops Q2 EPS by 2c

Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE: EAT) reported Q2 EPS of $0.47, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $681.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $686.07 million.

System-wide same-store sales rose 2 percent. Franchise comparable store-sales were up 2.6 percent.
