AstraZeneca (AZN) Tops Q2 EPS by 4c

AstraZeneca (NYSE: AZN) reported Q2 EPS of $1.20, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $1.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.23 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.24 billion.

The Board has recommended a first interim dividend of $0.90.
