Assurant (NYSE: AIZ) reported Q3 EPS of $2.81, $0.54 better than the analyst estimate of $2.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.55 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.64 billion.

High single-digit growth in Adjusted earnings, excluding reportable catastrophes, per diluted share5, driven by share repurchases.
