Amgen (AMGN) Tops Q1 EPS by 8c, Updates FY Guidance

Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN) reported Q1 EPS of $3.56, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $3.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.56 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.52 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Amgen sees FY2019 EPS of $13.25-$14.30, versus the consensus of $14.10. Amgen sees FY2019 revenue of $22-22.9 billion, versus the consensus of $22.78 billion.
