Amerigas Partners (APU) Posts Q1 GAAP Loss of 49c/Share

Amerigas Partners (NYSE: APU) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.49), which may not compare with the analyst estimate of $1.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $888.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $980.11 million.

The Partnership’s adjusted earnings before interest expense, income taxes, depreciation and amortization (Adjusted EBITDA) was $188.5 million for the first quarter compared with $230.2 million in the prior year.
