American Campus Communities (ACC) Tops Q2 FFO by 2c, Raises FY Guidance

American Campus Communities (NYSE: ACC) reported Q2 FFO of $0.58, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $172 million versus the consensus estimate of $164.17 million.

American Campus Communities sees FY2014 FFO of $2.29-$2.37, versus prior guidance of $2.27-$2.35 and the consensus of $2.35.
