Amazon.com (AMZN) Slammed After Q4 EPS "Beat" But "Miss" On Top Line

Shares of Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) are under heavy pressure after-hours after beating on the top line but missing on the bottom line. Shares last traded down 9%.

The company reported Q4 EPS of $0.38, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $17.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $18.2 billion.

Amazon sees Q1 2012 revenue of $12-$13.4 billion, versus the consensus of $13.41 billion.
