Allscripts (NASDAQ: MDRX) reported Q4 EPS of $0.29, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $414.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $408.09 million.

GUIDANCE:

Allscripts sees Q1 2021 revenue of $1.5 billion.

• Adjusted EBITDA between $240 million and $260 million
• Free cash flow between $90 million and $100 million
