Alexion Pharma (ALXN) Tops Q2 EPS by 5c; Updates FY15 Outlook

Alexion Pharma (NASDAQ: ALXN) reported Q2 EPS of $1.44, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $636 million versus the consensus estimate of $628.03 million.

Alexion Pharma sees FY2015 EPS of $4.70 - $4.80, versus prior guidance of $5.60 - $5.80 and the consensus of $4.98. Alexion Pharma sees FY2015 revenue of $2.60 - $2.62 billion, versus prior guidance of $2.55 - $2.60 billion and the consensus of $2.63 billion.
