Aimco (NYSE: AIV) reported Q1 FFO of $0.57, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $246.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $240.82 million.

GUIDANCE:

Aimco sees Q2 2016 FFO of $0.54-$0.58, versus the consensus of $0.58.

Aimco sees FY2016 FFO of $2.24-$2.34 versus the consensus of $2.30.
