Aimco (AIV) Misses Q4 FFO by 1c, Offers Guidance

Aimco (NYSE: AIV) reported Q4 FFO of $0.54, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $242.2 million, versus $240.38 million reported last year.

Aimco sees Q1 2015 FFO of $0.48-$0.52, versus the consensus of $0.52.

Aimco sees FY2015 FFO of $2.12-$2.22, versus the consensus of $2.21.
