Aflac (AFL) Tops Q2 EPS by 8c, Updates Guidance

Aflac (NYSE: AFL) reported Q2 EPS of $1.07, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.99. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.5 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Aflac sees FY2018 EPS of $3.90-$4.06, versus the consensus of $3.97.
