ANSYS (ANSS) Tops Q3 EPS by 8c

ANSYS (NASDAQ: ANSS) reported Q3 EPS of $1.05, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.97. Revenue for the quarter came in at $276.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $263.72 million.

GUIDANCE:

ANSYS sees Q4 2017 EPS of $0.78-$0.86, versus the consensus of $1.01. ANSYS sees Q4 2017 revenue of $283-292 million, versus the consensus of $284 million.

ANSYS sees FY 2017 EPS of $3.17-$3.25. ANSYS sees FY2017 revenue of $1.076-1.085 billion
