Ten-Year US Bond Yields Close Below 2% Following Yellen Remarks

Yields on ten-year U.S. bonds closed below 2% Tuesday following comments earlier from Fed Chairwoman Janet Yellen during her semiannual policy report to congress.

The DJIA, Nasdaq, and S&P are poised to close slightly higher.
