Stocks Tick Slightly Higher, Off Session Lows

The S&P 500 stabilized briefly near 2050, just off session lows at 2046. Markets around the world were roiled by the surprise Brexit vote, but the situation appeared relatively calm in mid-afternoon trading on Friday, despite frayed nerves and worries about another leg lower.
