Stocks Push to Highs on Positive Kerry Rhetoric on Russia-Ukraine
U.S. are pushing to the highs mid-day on rhetoric from John Kerry on the Russia-Ukraine situation. He said the U.S. is prepared to roll back sanctions when an agreement is implemented.
The Dow is up 80 points and the S&P 500 is up 15.
Russian stocks are also adding to gains, with Market Vectors Russia ETF (NYSE: RSX) up 3%.
