Equities traded higher pre-market Friday, paring losses after yesterday's selloff. Gains came as the second quarter is set to wrap up.

News-flow and volume are expected to be light ahead of the Fourth of July holiday next week. Monday markets in the U.S. will close at 1 pm and will remain closed on July 4.

Nasdaq, S&P 500, and Dow are set to open higher by over 0.2%, while crude surged 0.8%.
