Petrobras (PBR), Vale (VALE), Others on Watch Following Brazil Elections

Petrobras (NYSE: PBR) and Vale S.A. (NYSE: VALE) gained Monday following results from an election in Brazil. A surprise second place finish by Alecio Neves, who surged past Marina Silva, forces a runoff with President Dilma Rousseff in three weeks.

Other Brazilian ADRs include AMBEV S.A. (NYSE: ABEV), Braskem S.A (NYSE: BAK), Companhia Energ (NYSE: CIG), CPFL Energia S.A. (NYSE: CPL), Companhia Siderurgica Nacional, (NYSE: SID), TIM Participacoes S.A, (NYSE: TSU) and Telefonica Brasil, S.A (NYSE: VIV).

iShares MSCI Brazil Capped ETF (NYSE: EWZ) is also in focus today.
