OPEC to Discuss 1.5M B/D Cut with Russia-Led Group Friday - DJ

OPEC is discussing a 1.5M barrel per day cut with a Russia-led group, according to Dow Jones, citing sources. The plan required a 500,000 barrel per day cut from the Russia-led non-OPEC group.
Russia is said to agree in principal to a cut but not on the number.
