The Nasdaq Composite is up again today, now that the highest levels seen since September 2000. Tuesday afternoon, the index is at about 4,014.66.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average and S&P 500 are also stronger today, up 0.2 and 0.5 percent on the session, respectively.
