Fed's Williams says economy still needs help from monetary policy, according to Bloomberg headlines. Headwinds include slowing in China and stronger U.S. dollar.
Williams noted that the Fed has the option to adjust rate path up or down. The Fed won't raise rates in an abrupt manner and that policy accommodation needs to end gradually.
