Fed's Bullard: Usual Cyclical Dynamics Can No Longer be Relied Upon

Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis president James Bullard said today that the usual cyclical dynamics can no longer be counted upon and that markets took a larger-than-intended signal from the December rate hike, according to Bloomberg.
Remarks were similar to a speech made following the latest FOMC meeting on June 17th.
