China's Jan-July fiscal revenues up 3.1% year-on-year

BEIJING (Reuters) - China's fiscal revenues in the first seven months of the year rose 3.1% from a year earlier, the Ministry of Finance said on Friday.
Fiscal expenditures for the January-July period increased 9.9% on an annual basis, the ministry said in a statement on its website.
