Wells Fargo downgraded CapLease (NYSE: LSE) from Outperform to Market Perform.
The firm comments, "LSE outperformed the overall REIT group generating a 46% total return versus the RMS at +18%. As a result, the shares now trade just below the high end of our $5.50-6.00 per share valuation. With limited total return upside potential to our valuation range, we view a more neutral stance as warranted at this time and recommend investors hold the shares for the 2nd highest dividend yield in the subsector (5.2%)."
