KeyBanc Downgrades Waste Connections Inc. (WCN) to Sector Weight

KeyBanc downgraded Waste Connections Inc. (NYSE: WCN) from Overweight to Sector Weight and removed its price target.

Analyst Joe Box said, "Following our 1Q15 analysis of the solid waste market, we are reducing our WCN rating to SW as E&P headwinds, limited upside potential to estimates and fair valuation suggest an in line NT performance. Relative to the group, we expect weather adjusted solid waste fundamentals in 1Q15 to see continued, albeit uneven improvement with commercial cans and landfill leading, while pricing could take a pause with CPI headwinds mounting."
