This morning, an analyst at Jefferies upgraded shares of Cypress Semiconductor (NYSE: CY) from Underperform to Hold, while at the same time downgrading Synaptics (Nasdaq: SYNA) from Hold to Underperform.
The analyst raised his price target on Cypress from $7.50 to $10 and lowered his target on Synaptics from $26 to $16.
