JPMorgan Downgrades Envestnet (ENV) to Neutral

JPMorgan analyst William Cuddy downgraded Envestnet (NYSE: ENV) from Overweight to Neutral with a price target of $73.00 (from $71.00).

• Steps aside as upside is priced in.
• "We adjust our estimates downward due to lower revenue growth than previously modeled. Mgmt’s revenue guide was lower than we expected. After updating our price target, Envestnet has only 2% upside."
