Goldman Sachs downgraded Raymond James (NYSE: RJF) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $33, suggesting 30% upside.

The firm cited: "(1) the volatility in markets will likely lead clients to transact less and could negatively impact total client assets under administration, and (2) the Fed's statement that it will hold short-term rates at 0-0.25% through mid-2013 will dampen expectations for NIM expansion."
