Goldman Sachs downgraded Nordstrom (NYSE: JWN) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $50 (down from $55), saying near-term risk/reward is less compelling.

The analyst said, "While JWN’s long-term potential remains strong as a multichannel innovator at the high end, we see limited near-term upside. Slowing SSS combined with continued investments to differentiate its offering could weigh on near-term results."
