Goldman Sachs downgraded Generac Holdings (NYSE: GNRC) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $30 citing valuation.
The firm notes the stock has been re-rated and they now see limited upside, although they are still positive.
"We remain positive on Generac's US construction exposure and best in class cash generation, which we now believe is priced in as today’s $10 per share special dividend announcement drove a valuation re-rating consistent with GNRC's cash flow profile."
