Goldman Sachs Downgrades Delek Logistics Partners, LP (DKL) to Neutral

Goldman Sachs downgraded Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE: DKL) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $36.00.

Analyst Steve Sherowski said, "Since we initiated coverage on DKL with a Buy rating on November 27, 2012, the units are up 44.7% vs. the S&P 500 (up 32.0%) and have outperformed the AMZ (up 15.7%). Based on the implied 11% total return potential to our $36, 12-month price target (vs. 13% for liquids focused MLPs), we now see greater relative upside in other companies in our coverage universe."
