Goldman Sachs downgraded DENTSPLY International (NASDAQ: XRAY) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $49.00 (from $55.00).
Analyst Robert P. Jones said, "We think upside is limited by XRAY’s 45% exposures to Europe and more modest internal US growth. We lower 2015 EPS to $2.65 from $2.78 (-3% below Street at $2.74), though valuation provides downside support with the stock trading 10% below its historical premium to the S&P. Since we added XRAY to the Buy List (12/11/13) it is -6.6% vs. S&P/Dental 5.9%/-0.4%."
