Goldman Sachs downgraded Bankrate (NYSE: RATE) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $25 (down from $27), citing valuation.
"Though there are essentially no changes to our outlook for the company or our estimates, relative price moves have created more attractive risk/reward propositions in the space," the firm said.
