Deutsche Bank downgraded EQT Corp. (NYSE: EQT) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $79.00 (from $81.00). The bank is neutral on Northeast natural gas producers.
Analyst Josh Silverstein said, "We downgrade EQT and GPOR from BUY to HOLD based on this view and are now neutral all of our Northeast natural gas producers. We believe it is too early to make a more negative call on the group and other natural gas levered producers, though we will look to revisit our thesis over the next six months as we see the s/d balances adjust versus our expectations."
