Deutsche Bank downgraded BlackRock (NYSE: BLK) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $210.00.
The firm comments, "For BLK, while we continue to view the firm as well positioned given its diverse product and distribution mix, given its run, a fair valuation, and few near term catalysts (capital actions mostly behind them in the near term), we see limited upside in the near term."
The firm adjusted 2012E EPS to $13.75 from $13.25 and our 2013E EPS to $15.75 from $15.50.
