D. Boral Capital analyst Jason Kolbert downgraded Can-Fite BioPharma (NYSE: CANF) from Buy to Hold.
The analyst commented: "Can-Fite announced that its Board of Directors approved a reverse split of its ordinary shares alongside a corresponding change in the American Depository Share ratio, following prior shareholder approval. The actions are designed to consolidate the company’s capital structure while maintaining proportional ownership and voting power for existing shareholders. Consistent with our policy we are lowering our rating from Buy to Hold ahead of the actual split."
