Credit Suisse's Ed Kelly issued a call on the Drugstore sector Wednesday morning, upgrading shares of Rite Aid (NYSE: RAD) while at the same time downgrading shares of Walgreen (NYSE: WAG).

The analyst now rates Rite Aid an Outperform, up from Neutral previously, and shares of Walgreen a Neutral, down from Outperform previously.

In pre-market action, shares of Rite Aid are up 0.9 percent to $1.14. Shares of Walgreen last traded at $33.19, up 0.7 percent from Tuesday's closing price.
