An analyst at Credit Suisse downgraded shares of Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ) from Outperform to Neutral in a late-morning research note Tuesday.
The downgrade follows Q2 results and a warning Monday from CEO Leo Apotheker that HP's Q3 will be "tough." The stock has plunged by 9 percent and is last trading around $36.33.
