BofA/Merrill Lynch downgraded United Rentals (NYSE: URI) from Neutral to Underperform with a price target of $80. The change follows cautious comments on May performance from management at KeyBanc's conference yesterday. Analyst Ross Gilardi noted fading pricing power and the importance of May from a pricing perspective. Gilardi thinks a lack of upward price movement creates high risk of guidance revisions.
