BofA/Merrill Lynch downgraded Regeneron Pharma (NASDAQ: REGN) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $58.
The firm cited Eylea launch challenges.
After the close, the company announced that the FDA has extended its target date to complete the priority review of the EYLEA Biologics License Application (BLA) for the treatment of wet AMD to November 18, 2011.
