World Point Terminals, LP (NYSE: WPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 12, 2016, to stockholders of record on January 28, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 26, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9 percent.
