Williams Cos. (NYSE: WMB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized. This is a 5.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.475.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2025, to stockholders of record on March 14, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of March 13, 2025.
